Breakfast will provide you every day with all the energy you will need to perform your best together with us on the wonderful paths of the Dolomiti.
Each morning fresh bread and home made muffins will wake you up together with:
- Home made traditional marmalades
- Cheeses of the local dairy, eggs and bacon
- Yoghurt and fresh milk of cow and goat, as well as rice and soy milk
- A mix of sliced meat
- A mix of fresh cakes and croissant
- A wide choice of fresh fruit and vegetables to put in the centrifuge for a rich juice
- The bio corner with 5 cereals and local honeys
And for kids?
A mini buffet with different biscuits, cereals, fresh fruits, juices and a big can of chocolate
Breakfast time is from 7.30 to 10.00
On request we may move it up or offer a room service.

Our staff will lead you on the evening’s buffet, giving advice on what to choose: all the meals are made with fresh and local ingredients!
The buffet also offers fresh salads and cooked vegetables as well a bread corner with several types, including our homemade bread!
And for the little guests? Our baby menu is always at your disposal!
In addition, we pay particular attention to our guests with food allergies or celiac disease.

Wine isn’t only about taste, but also about culture and tradition, our Maitre and his team will suggest the best match to your dish.

We do our best to offer you rich gluten free menus, daily we dream up imaginative recipes and source fresh ingredients like at home.
We are proud to be part of the AIC Italian Celiac Association which requires high process control system, involving our chefs in periodic trainings.
